1. Introduction
By registering for the Sindoor Sainik blood-donation campaign (“we”, “us”, “Campaign”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before pledging to donate blood.
2. Definitions
Donor: An individual who pledges and agrees to donate blood under this Campaign.
Appointment: The scheduled date, time, and location for donation.
Medical Screening: Basic health checks (BP, hemoglobin, weight) to confirm fitness to donate.
3. Eligibility
Age: 18–65 years old
Weight: ≥ 50 kg
Health: Medically fit as determined by on-site screening
Disqualifiers: Individuals with certain health conditions (e.g., cardiac, infectious diseases), recent surgeries or tattoos, or other criteria per Government of India guidelines
4. Registration & Scheduling
After you “Become a Sindoor Sainik,” our team will contact you to confirm your details and schedule your donation.
You must provide accurate contact information and any required consent forms.
5. Donation Process
Arrive at the donation center at your appointed time.
Undergo Medical Screening (BP, hemoglobin, general health check).
Follow staff instructions to ensure a safe, hygienic donation.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule, notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to schedule future appointments.
7. Liability
You participate at your own risk. We are not liable for adverse reactions beyond standard medical care.
Our liability is limited to the appointment and donation process; we are not responsible for events outside our control.
8. Amendments
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India and any disputes fall under Pune jurisdiction.
